We finishing a previously unfinished basement that was bare concrete. The client wanted additional play space for the family. Walls were framed, windows replaced, electrical installed (including recessed lighting), sheetrocked/taped/painted, all trim installed and carpet was laid.
Project also included a tiled entry way from the garage and a new laundry closet with bi-fold access doors. Custom cabinets were also installed for added storage space and a space for the television. We rounded out the work by installing baseboard heating to ensure the new living space would be comfortable year round.
