This project was a complete bathroom renovation. The old bathroom was ripped down the studs – new electrical, plumbing, and framing was done. A new hopper window was added too.
Residing (vinyl) was done on the outside to accomodate the new window. The siding was precisely matched too (the customer had uncommon 5 over 5 siding).
New ceramic tile was laid, custom cherry cabinets were installed, a recessed cabinet was added flush to the wall between studs too.
The shower installed was a custom Synmar wall system that included built in soap dishes. A new exhaust fan was added over the shower that has a built in humidity sensor so no switch was needed to turn it on.
