Prior to this renovation, the steps were concrete with no overhead roof – they were icy during winter and the owner fell! We replaced the concrete steps a week later with this new a new pressure treated porch – complete with vinyl rails, siding, and soffit. Overhead protection was also added to prevent ice and excessive water on the new porch as well.
We, along with the owner, were happy with the improvements – and the owner appreciated our speedy response to ensure no one else would be injured!
